Camp Avoda is a non-profit overnight Jewish boys camp located in Middleboro, Mass., on the shores of Lake Tispaquin at the Gateway to Cape Cod and the Islands. We are seeking either a live-in male Arts and Crafts Instructor (or female instructor who can commute) with the following qualifications:
The ability to operate a kiln and run a ceramics program;
teach leather work, gimp (lanyards), silk screening, tie-dye,
plus many other arts and crafts projects.
Prior experience would be helpful. You do not need to be Jewish to work at our camp.
Camp season: 6/22/10 to 8/23/10.
Salary negotiable for the 9 week season.
6 classes per day, 5 days per week: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. One day off per week.
