As an independent line of business within ARAMARK, SeamlessWeb is the nation’s leading food ordering service. Founded in 1999, the company powers a comprehensive e-commerce solution for thousands of restaurants via SeamlessWeb.com, SeamlessWeb.com mobile, as well as thousands of restaurant-specific transactional websites. The ideal candidate should be an effective communicator, an independent thinker/problem solver and have experience building and maintaining web sites. The designer will work closely with different departments on a variety of web-related projects.
Responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:
· Designing and implementing creative web solutions for clients
· Creating and optimizing graphics for the web
· Performing maintenance and updates on existing web site
· Working with the design and development teams to continue to improve SeamlessWeb’s ordering application
Qualifications
Qualifications:
A qualified candidate will possess at least 0-1 years of relevant experience along with an Associate Degree in a related discipline and/or a Bachelors Degree in a non-related field along with equivalent certification within a technical discipline. Proficiency in Photoshop, HTML, CSS, and Javascript is required. Additionally, excellent communications skills are required as this role will need to develop productive relationships with internal customers by listening, clarifying, and responding effectively.
