Account Management / Graphic Design / Sales – Web Design / Networking (Downtown Chicago)
15 year-old Chicago based network consulting / website development firm has a position for an account manager / graphic artist / sales person. This person would assist in managing existing accounts, graphic design work and helping to sell new solutions. 60% of the time you would be located in a loop based office. 30% of the time you can telecommute and 10% of the time would require some travel.
Our business was up 80% last year and continues to grow!
Basic Responsibilities:
Account management
Coordinating the work flow process between clients and programmers
Updating and collaborating with clients
Opening new accounts
Basic graphic design + web and print layouts with copy and images
Requirements:
Have basic experience with the Internet, Word, Excel, InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator
Have experience with web design projects (Not actual programming)
Have good grammar and spelling (Or know how to use spell-check)
Be comfortable with deadlines
Have positive attitude and strong desire to learn
Be very presentable
Be willing to ask for help when necessary
Be able to work independently after being fully trained
Great communication skills and ability to work with different types of people
Fantastic attention to detail & great organizational skills
Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM
Account Management experience
Work well in an unstructured environment
Additional Skills we would be interested in but not required:
E-commerce experience
Experience with the jewelry industry
